Conditions Of Use

Gills Galaxy provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit our shop at Gills you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully,


Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. In the event of a mistake I will contact you with a full explanation. The information displayed is not considered as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon the supply of the goods.

Delivery and Returns

If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied, please contact me and you may return the items within five days for exchange or refund.  Once the goods have arrived, the returns process will take approximately five working days to be completed.  Items must be in the original packaging, provided by me. If my labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.

I suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Gills Galaxy will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to Gills Galaxy is paid for by the customer. I am unable to refund your postal fees.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

I try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive the products ordered. Please contact Gills Galaxy, and you can expect to receive the correct item within five working days excluding weekends.

In the unlikely event that the order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Gills Galaxy immediately.

Delivery service

I try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and am able to send your order either to your home or to your place of work.

Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 3 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra seven working days for the post office to deliver your order.

I aim to deliver items within five working days but could you please allow seven days for delivery before contacting Gills Galaxy about non delivery of items. I will email you if I become aware of an unexpected delay in despatching your order. All orders are sent out via royal mail 2nd class registered postal service, so please allow plenty of time for delivery before the card is required.


During the payment process, Gills Galaxy asks for personal information that both identifies you and enables me to communicate with you. I will use the information you provide only for the following purposes.

* To send your order to you.
* To email you to confirm your order, or in case of a delay in sending out your order


All content included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button, icons, and product images are all owned by Gills Galaxy and are protected by international copyright laws.

License and Site Access

Gills Galaxy grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site.  This site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial means

Product Descriptions

Gills Galaxy attempts to ensure that the information quoted is as accurate as possible however I do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, or error free.

From time to time there may be information on Gills Galaxy that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. I reserve the right to correct any errors inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. I apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice, the prices advertised on this site are for cards only, because some of the cards are bulky a small amount for postage is charged..
